Ingleby Castles was launched on the 1st May 2007 by John Savage and David Hobson.

The aims of the company are to offer a cheaper alternative to children's parties that are now expected by youngsters. John and David are both residents of Ingleby Barwick and have young children that are forever being invited to parties, these obviously cost lots of money.

Our website also offers links to our associate companies that can offer a full range of services or products to help your party go well.

Eventually we intend to expand the business to cover other areas as well as Ingleby Barwick. If you book and enjoy the party send some photo's and we will add them to our gallery; distant relatives can also see the smile on your child's face.

What else do we offer? Well if you are planning an event such as a fete or school sports day then please contact us we are always happy to help.

August 1st 2007

Ingleby Castles has now been operating for three months and despite being the wettest year ever we have managed to secure many bookings including one indoor event, and have had some good feedback (see gallery). In July we purchased  our adult castle which has proved to be a big hit with older children / adults and organised events

To date we have had 201 hits on our web site, which we are rather pleased about! We have also had our feature printed in Ingleby Insider magazine which was well presented and noticed by many Ingleby residents. 

We will endeavor to continue offering good value for money and excellent service. Thanks to all our customers so far, see you soon.

September 2008

Another poor year with the weather, the season is coming to an end for garden parties, but please note that we have done a few parties in Ingleby Barwick community centre, our largest castles, complemented with children's games  fit in easily. Hire the caterer advertised on the home page and all you need to do is organise the invites. 

We have completed a few hires this year, and fortunately we have only had to offer a couple of 'rainy day discounts!' This is when you hire a castle from us, if the  weather is so poor, we feel you don't get much use, we sometimes offer a discount from your next booking, its purely our decision, and usually depends on the nature of the client, people that hurl abuse at us in a drunken state because it rained during the afternoon, I am afraid loose out on discounts and promotions etc. SO BE NICE TO US!

This year we extended our fleet with a 15 x 15 castle, we have had good feedback on this castle, unfortunately it replaced the castle / slide combo due to repeated damage to the slide.

Did you see us doing our bit for charity at the church fete and proms in the playground at Whinstone primary school? We raised over £250 for the school !
